Supply department is currently organized into four strategic divisions – Procurement, Contracts Warehouse and Center of Excellence. The main functions are: Ensure quick turnaround of procurement of goods and services at optimum costs to support operations and major projects. Manage associated warehouses supporting operational requirements

Procurement of materials is managed either through strategic long-term agreements or through spot purchases to address operational/ emergency requirements. Establishing service contracts is another important priority and it is managed through long term strategic planning with a focus on demand consolidation/cost optimization. The warehouses manage storage and handling all capital and operating spares and chemicals. Guidance on strategic matters such as driving process, policy/ technology enhancements are driven centrally by Center of Excellence team.
