Lead Human Capital to recruit, retain and develop high-potential talent required to support QatarEnergy LNG’ strategic objectives and business requirements; Manage and direct all planning and policy development for Human Capital activities to efficiently and effectively achieve QatarEnergy LNG’ strategic imperatives and ensure the high performance of staff. Lead and direct all Human Capital activities pertaining to the professional development of company employees. Provide training, education opportunities and growing the skills and capabilities of employees to support QatarEnergy LNG’ strategic imperatives and business requirements; Manage and oversee all Qatarization efforts and related activities. Effective medical services to ensure the occupational health and wellbeing of employees and their families. Promote, enhance and protect the company’s local and international public image.
