Lead and direct all Human Capital activities pertaining to the professional development of company employees. Provide training, education opportunities and growing the skills and capabilities of employees to support QatarEnergy LNG’ strategic imperatives and business requirements; Manage and oversee all Qatarization efforts and related activities. Effective medical services to ensure the occupational health and wellbeing of employees and their families. Promote, enhance and protect the company’s local and international public image.
