National Graduate Development Program (NGDP)  ,the Purpose of NGDP is to provide a framework of standards and effective guidelines for a competence-based training and development program, that will guide and support the National Graduate acquire the target position competence level required. The Individual Development Plan (IDP), is designed with number of phases progress review that are in accordance with a range of core and generic Competence Level Required (CLR) used in assessing the Competence Level Demonstrated (CLD) for the target position to enable our Qatari Graduates to become fully qualified professionals and positively contribute to Qatarization Planned targets.
