Job Purpose

  • Coordinate and support the planning and development of the Operations Group Business Plan and Roadmap by prioritising strategies and stewarding KPIs.

Key Job Accountabilities - I

  • Coordinate data collection, validation, consolidation and reporting to support the development, implementation, and stewardship of Operations Group strategic planning and KPI reporting.

  • Participate in the development of relevant corporate benchmarking efforts, identify potential areas for improvement and develop processes, procedures, guidelines, and systems to support best practices implementation.

  • Support the development of Continuous Improvement (CI) processes and cost optimisation programs, maintain a register of initiatives, and provide progress updates based on stakeholder feedback.

  • Develop or enhance existing data governance and management processes and establish and maintain a master database of related information in a structured and systematic manner.

  • Participate in the development of dashboards and Insight Analytical Tools and programs to drive efficiencies. Establish processes to maintain the new systems and conduct periodic health checks.

Key Job Accountabilities - II

  • Support the Operations group focal point in the engagement of Operations leadership in the development of QGMS L3 processes.

  • Coordinate the development and implementation of the Operations Support Business Continuity Plan as per the defined process.

  • Identify and compile priorities through alignment between outcomes of various opportunity identification programs like Operations situational analysis, CI/CO, benchmarking, and performance analysis.

  • Coordinate and steward section objectives, relevant milestones and KPIs.

Part B: Person Specification - Minimum Requirement

Qualifications

  • HND in Engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience - I

  • 8 years’ experience within Operations, Maintenance or Engineering functions.

  • Experience in the development of Strategic Planning and KPI management processes.

  • Experience implementing data management programs and strategies.
